Current high school sophomores and juniors who care about making a difference in their communities are encouraged to apply. This fellowship is designed for students who are curious about civic engagement and ready to step into leadership. No prior experience is required, but students who are excited about running a voter registration drive are especially encouraged.

Fellows receive hands-on civic leadership training along with guidance from experienced organizers. They become part of a supportive national cohort of peers who are learning and leading together. Through the program, Fellows create real, measurable impact in their communities.

The NV250 Fellowship is a year-long leadership experience that blends training, action, and connection. Fellows lead two voter registration drives in their communities while receiving the tools and support they need to succeed. The program includes a 4-day Summer Intensive where Fellows connect with peers, build skills, and grow as leaders.
Help power the next generation of civic leaders by sponsoring a Fellow and directly funding hands-on training, leadership development, and real-world voter engagement in communities nationwide.
A contribution of $2,400 fully sponsors one Fellow’s year-long experience, covering leadership training, organizing resources, mentorship, and hands-on opportunities that empower students to lead meaningful civic engagement and voter registration efforts in their own communities.
Not in high school but still want to make an impact? Use our amplification toolkit to help spread the word about the fellowship with your friends, teachers, and community—every share helps more students get involved.
